First Step: Answer Questions

Questions Graph-4.png

Start by answering a series of health questions in four categories: medical, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental exposure. Plan on 15 to 20 minutes to complete the questions. We encourage you to invite your partner to take their unique questionnaire as well. It takes two to tango!

Example: How long have you been trying to conceive?

Under 6 months

Over 6 months

Over 1 year

Second Step: Unlock Your Results

Your answers to the questionnaire will calculate a fertility score and trigger specific risk factors, which research has shown may have a negative impact on fertility, pregnancy, and/or childhood health. To view results for you and your partner, submit a one-time payment of $59.99. Once a plan is purchased, you have unlimited access.

Last Step: Review Score & Recommendations

When you unlock your plan, you will receive a fertility score based on the answers of your questionnaire along with a list of individualized risk factors. You can read the details of each item and see a list of action items to complete in order to improve your score. Action items may include recommended symptoms to address with your doctor, diet considerations, reducing environmental exposures, etc. This report is used as your roadmap to tiny feet!
